A pizza delivery driver was shot during a carjacking attempt in south Charlotte Wednesday afternoon.

According to Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department, officers were called to the 8300 block of Lodge South Circle. When they got there, they found a male victim with a gunshot wound in his leg.

The driver, whose name has not yet been released, has non-life-threatening injuries, police said. No arrests have been made.
